Using the magazine archive: A guide for members

By FRONTIER

As a Frontier member, you can read a digital version of our magazine each fortnight before it hits the shelves. You also have access to a digital archive of every edition of the magazine since we started publishing back in 2015.

Accessing these features is simple, and it works in the same way for all tiers of membership.

First you’ll need to log in to your account, which you can do on the Frontier website by clicking the yellow ‘F’ logo at the bottom right corner of your screen. This will activate a pop-up that looks like this:

Please note: you’ll need to enter the same email address that you used to register for a membership.

You’ll then be prompted to enter your password. If you’re logging in for the first time, or if you haven’t set a password, you can request a one-click magic link that will be sent to your inbox. Simply click on the link in the email, and you’ll be logged into the site. (If you have any problems signing in, just reply to this email and we’ll help you get set up.)

Once you have logged in, you can click on the yellow ‘F’ logo at the bottom right corner of the page, to bring up a menu of options.

Hitting ‘edit profile’ enables you to add your namechoose a password, and change your login email address if you prefer to use a different one.

You can also use this menu to manage your newsletter preferences, upgrade or cancel your membership (by clicking manage subscription), or gift a membership to someone else.

Once you’ve logged in, as a member, you’ll be able to read each magazine online in full as soon as we go to printor explore old editions of the magazine through the ‘issues’ section.

You can find that by hitting the ‘issues’ button at the top of the homepage:

That will take you to the issues homepage. When you click on a magazine cover, you’ll be taken to a contents page for that issue. The articles are arranged almost as they are in the magazine, starting with the cover story, followed by the editorial, and ending with the backpage.

Whenever we put a new magazine together, we upload it to the issues section of the website at the same time we send it to the printers, so that as a member you can read the latest issue of Frontier in full before it hits the newsstands.

We still make all of our magazine content available to non-members for free in the weeks after each issue is published, as we have always done. But as a member, you’ll get to read our news and investigations before everyone else does.

If you’re reading this and you’re not a Frontier member, you can sign up to become one here. We’d love you to join our community.
