Hitting the brakes: Junta cracks down on unlicensed vehicles

The Myanmar regime has launched a campaign to confiscate unlicensed cars and motorcycles, depriving owners who can’t afford licensed vehicles of essential transport, while avoiding tackling the corruption and policies that make legal vehicles too expensive for most people.
