Slow grind: Thailand’s refugee right-to-work scheme struggles to find its feet

Myanmar refugees have been deterred by harsh farm work in eastern Thailand, far from the camps and their families, but aid workers say more job options will become available as bureaucracy is eased and more employers hear of the programme.
