Episode 65: KNU commemorates 70th anniversary of conflict

On January 31, thousands of people in Kayin State gathered for the 70th Karen Revolution Day, which commemorates the start of the decades-long war between the Karen National Union and the Tatmadaw.

This week, Doh Athan speaks to KNU leaders and the Karen people about what hopes they have for peace in their home state.
