Episode 59: No NRC, no job

Residents of 67 Ward, a large informal settlement in northern Yangon, face many daily challenges, but one of the biggest is the fact that some residents lack official documents, making it almost impossible for them to find work.

However, a new initiative aims to help 67 Ward’s residents by providing assistance in this area, while empowering the community at the same time.
