Civilians and resistance groups have pursued a range of technical workarounds in the face of prolonged internet blackouts, each of which has its own strengths and drawbacks.
Norwegian authorities said on Tuesday they had carried out a search at the headquarters of Norwegian telecoms operator Telenor, which is suspected of complicity in crimes against humanity in Myanmar.
