Episode 89: Drug issues in Mon State

Drug use is on the rise among the young people of Mon State, leading to increased violence, crime and poverty. Local groups trying to build anti-drug education programs are calling on the national government to provide more support for rehab programs, but will it be enough? 

This week, in partnership with Mon News Agency, Doh Athan speaks to the Mon communities hit hardest by the drug trade and speaks to local leaders working to protect the new generation from addiction.
