Smartphones and social media are creating a new world of opportunity but also pose threats to children, with cyberbullying rapidly becoming an issue across the region.
Norwegian authorities said on Tuesday they had carried out a search at the headquarters of Norwegian telecoms operator Telenor, which is suspected of complicity in crimes against humanity in Myanmar.
