Podcast: Shan voters kept from voting for ethnic affairs minister in Kachin

This week, voters of mixed ethnic heritage in Kachin say they are facing a repeat of problems from the 2015 election – they are identified as Bamar on electoral rolls when in fact they identify as Shan. This prevents them from voting for the Shan ethnic affairs minister.
