Myanmar’s economic growth will be tempered by the impact of devastating floods and the November election, according to the World Bank.
Severe monsoon flooding has swamped villages and paddy fields in central Myanmar, forcing people out of their homes including those already displaced by war, an Agence France-Presse reporter and the United Nations said.
