In Kayin State, the upgrade of one of the country’s most important highways has been brought to a standstill and the blame game is in full swing.
A blast in northern Myanmar killed dozens of people on Sunday, two rescue workers said, with the resistance group controlling the area saying it was caused by the accidental detonation of mining explosives.
