Acceptance of Terms<\/span><\/h2><p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">By accessing or using <a href=\"https:\/\/www.frontiermyanmar.net\">https:\/\/www.frontiermyanmar.net<\/a> (the \u201cWebsite\u201d) or registering with us, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service (\u201cTerms\u201d). Services Description<\/span><\/h2><p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">We operate a digital news platform offering (but not limited to) the following Digital Products:<\/span><\/p><ul><li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Paywalled articles in English: Available to registered users and paying members.<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Non-paywalled articles in Burmese: Available to all visitors.<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Free newsletters: Delivered via email to registered users and paying members.<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Paid newsletters and content: Delivered via email or other electronic medium, such as our Website, to paying members.<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Podcasts: Available to listeners through the Website and third-party platforms.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><h2 class=\"terms-section-heading\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">3. User Accounts<\/span><\/h2><ul><li><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Registration:<\/strong> Users must create an account to access most of our Digital Products, including English articles and newsletters. Users may also purchase a Membership. You do not necessarily need to purchase a Membership to use our Digital Products, but if you do not your access will be limited.<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Accuracy:<\/strong> You agree to provide truthful information during registration.<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Security:<\/strong> You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and agree to inform us immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><h2 class=\"terms-section-heading\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">4. Payment and Membership<\/span><\/h2><ul><li><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Membership:<\/strong> Frontier offers paid Memberships to both individuals and institutions. You can view our Membership packages <a style=\"color: #000000;\" title=\"View Membership Packages\" href=\"#membership-packages\">here<\/a>. We may also offer gift memberships or other limited-time packages from time to time.<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Access:<\/strong> Your Membership grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use exclusive Digital Products, including news articles, newsletters and events, for the duration of your Membership period.<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Modifications:<\/strong> We reserve the right to modify the content, type and availability of any Digital Product at any time. If you do not cancel your Membership after the modifications become effective, you agree to the modifications. We also reserve the right to enable free access to our Digital Products for periods of time and you will not be eligible for a full or partial refund if we do this.<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Fees:<\/strong> Memberships are billed via Stripe in US dollars at the price and frequency specified on our website. Prices are listed <a style=\"color: #000000;\" title=\"View Membership Packages Pricing\" href=\"#membership-packages\">here<\/a>. We reserve the right to change our pricing or fees at any time.<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Auto-Renewal:<\/strong> Memberships renew automatically unless canceled before the end of the billing cycle.<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Refunds:<\/strong> No refunds are offered except at our discretion, for example in case of duplicate charges or technical errors.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><h2 class=\"terms-section-heading\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">6. Termination<\/span><\/h2><p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts, including paid Memberships, and\/or to limit access to our Digital Products, for any reason, including but not limited to:<\/span><\/p><ul><li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Violations of these Terms.<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Unauthorised sharing of members-only content, including by forwarding paid newsletters or articles to non-members.<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Violation of Chatham House Rule or other rules for in-person or online events.<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Fraudulent payment activity.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">In the event of termination or suspension, we will not offer you a refund and you agree that we have no liability to you.<\/span><\/p><h2 class=\"terms-section-heading\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">7. Intellectual Property<\/span><\/h2><p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">All content (including but not limited to articles, newsletters, podcasts, logos) is owned by Boomerang Media Pte Ltd. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute it without written permission. Sharing paywalled content (e.g., screenshots, redistributing) is strictly prohibited.<\/span><\/p><h2 class=\"terms-section-heading\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">8. Disclaimers<\/span><\/h2><ul><li><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>News Accuracy:<\/strong> While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee the completeness of content.<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Third-Party Links:<\/strong> We are not responsible for external websites linked in our content.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><h2 class=\"terms-section-heading\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">9.
